Happy New Year What am I working on for 2022!

So what is in store for Blue Daisy Emporium and my other sites for the new year?  Well I have decided to put my whole catalog up for sale as 4$ affordable digital downloads on Blue Daisy.  That will keep me busy with over 2000 images to upload.  I am adding my kaleidoscope patterns to society 6 and redbubble.  Flowers are going up on Vida, Patterns of all sorts going up on Threadless and Live Heroes which both get imported into blue daisy.  After that I am going to add my raw flower photography from smug mug to society 6 and redbubble.  Pixels has just about everything already and I only upload new art there.  Hopefully I'll make enough to order more samples from spoonflower and set another 30 items for sale there, they require proofs.  I recently subscribed to designeous for clip art.  Mostly getting geometric patterns and some florals and zentangles off that.  I make each new piece from clip art my own, its never right out of the box.  collaging the smaller patterns is also a nice technique.  I am very interested in patterns zentangles and sketchy abstracts this year, look for those in the new artworks.  I tend to do one new piece a week maybe two.  Sometimes its every two weeks as I have so much to put up already.  I should also get going on some more vintage travel images.  Those I am highlighting on the website because of the blog about the travel journals.   

All in all I have work for days ahead of me!  It is important to try to make new art regularly though and get a bit less concernerned with getting everything I have up.  I figure once its all up, I'll do new artwork everyday.  Something to look forward to.  Oh and my seasonal guises know only winter and fall, there will be no shamrock cozies or heart filled hoodies.  Red roses are my valentine collection though.  I do have quite a lot of red rose photographs.  Do what you love, make it a job.  Keep at it.
